Émilie: Having been with the office for many years, Émilie coordinates the team’s missions and leads sustainable tourism development projects in Pays de Lafrançaise. Her expertise and dedication are central to the transition toward more responsible tourism.
Manon: Since joining in June 2022, Manon has brought fresh energy to promoting the region. She highlights sustainable activities and events, showcases eco-friendly service providers, and passionately shares the values of Pays de Lafrançaise. Her goal: to promote authentic and environmentally respectful tourism.
Marine: As the Tourism Development Officer since September 2024, Marine organizes meetings with local stakeholders to foster sustainable tourism. Drawing on her experience working with children, she designs fun games on the Baludik app, some of which focus on sustainability themes. A creative approach to raising awareness among both children and adults!
To bring our tourism goals to life, we have developed three key initiatives:
The "À La Française" Brand
Born from a collaborative tourism development strategy, this project was co-created with local experts—elected officials, professionals, and technicians. The name "À La Française" embodies the promise of authentic, simple, and relaxed vacations, reflecting the spirit of our region.
The Tourist Office Boutique
We are proud to offer our first product for sale: the "À La Française" tote bag, made from organic cotton and manufactured in France. A stylish and eco-friendly way to support local tourism!
Charter for Sustainable Tourism
Developed in 2023 in collaboration with local tourism providers, this charter brings together shared sustainable actions to unite stakeholders around a common goal. The first signatories have already joined, and more are on the way!
